Pipe Flow Expert is an application for designing and analyzing complex channel networks, where flows and pressures must be balanced, for hydraulic aircraft calculation. Designed to help engineers analyze and solve a wide range of problems where the flow and pressure drop across channels / networks should be identified.
Pipe Flow Expert will allow you to design and calculate a complex pipeline system, analyze the features of the system, during the flow. Calculates a balanced steady state flow and system pressure conditions. This will allow you to perform an analysis of the various design of channel systems under different operating conditions.

The Darcy-Weisbach method provides accurate results for non-compressible fluids (including most process fluids). It also provides satisfactory results for compressible fluids when the pressure drop through the pipe system is less than 40% of the inlet pressures.
